We are a mobile food vendor that you will find serving up our dishes in front of Dale's Hardware mainly during the weekday lunch time, at popup events at Birdhaus and other community gathering spaces, and at festivals and food related functions such as the Fremont Chamber Street Eats on Friday nights. We are also available to cater private corporate and community/family events for special occasions.We specialize in a unique fusion of Latin American and Hawaiian cuisine. Our menu offers tacos, flautas, and pupusas with Hawaiian style meats including kalua pork and shoyu chicken. We also serve sides including fried mac n cheese balls and potato balls.
