Air for Life

Stay away. This place does not answer their phones, so I drop by to order a cpap machine. They promised to have it in 2 days.

I explained I needed for travel. They said that they would courier to me.

I left 3 voicemails, and still no reply. I had my doctor reach out to them. My doctors office also left them a voicemail and still no reply.

After several weeks without the use of a cpac machine. I am disappointed they dont care. I had $1200 in cash to give them.

I would not recommend a company that lets people without the use use of a breathing CPAP machine.

Bottom line, they don't return calls or text and definitely did not keep their promise to get a machine to me.

Small business with a big heart, need CPAP supplies go to them they got what you need, they are very knowledgable and can answer any questions you have on your CPAP unit.

I highly recommend Air For Life. Air For Life is an Amazing company, while visiting the office, I felt like I was a family member.( hehehe) . I highly recommend Air for Life. I was traveling from out of state and brought my cpap machine but forgot my nasal mask. Jonathan at Air for life was amazing and was able to fit me for a new one immediately. I had to rig up one the first night in town and it was not comfortable. In August 2022, I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea at 28 years old after participating in a sleep study at Sutter Health. During the study, I had 54 AHI events per hour (almost 1 event per minute). The doctors made it clear if that I didn't treat my sleep apnea that this could lead to an early death.

I called every CPAP company in the bay and eventually called Air for Life. I was able to talk to Jon on the phone immediately and come in that same day. When I came in, I felt like I was taken care of. Jon walked me through how to use the machine and fitted me for my mask. I found out through our conversation that Jon is a registered nurse and also uses CPAP therapy to treat his OSA.

I'm so glad that I was able to find Air For Life and take care of this. It's been 2 months of using my AirSense 11 and I feel so much more rested and no longer need take naps in the middle of the day.

Jonathan and Air for Life are amazing. I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. Ever other provider was super slow and unresponsive and provided almost no info. On the other hand, Jonathan quickly got on the phone with me, explained my options and scheduled a visit. The visit was super informative and helped me find the right machine. I HIGHLY recommend going with them if you need a CPAP machine.

Desperate to have advice, I searched for a good ResMed consultant and business. Luck-very very good luck- was with me. Jonathan saw me day after I called. He listened and asked really pertinent questions, explained clearly. We tried several different masks and recalibrated my machine. He did not hurry me; he made contacts with the sleep center. Results: best sleep and zero mask problems. Im staying with his firm.

Once again I would like to give a huge thank you to Jonathan and Air For Life. I had been dealing with Apria Health Care and there extremely poor customer service for years. After trying Air For Life I was truly amazed at the level of customer service I had been missing. I purchased my own machine from Jonathan a while back and continue to use them for all my C-Pap supplies. I'm so grateful to have found Air For Life and I guarantee you will be too. I will never go anywhere else.
