Kevin Nuss - State Farm Insurance Agent

Kevin and his team demonstrated the highest level of customer satisfaction focus, responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism that I've ever seen. Kevin has an encyclopedic knowledge of the insurance space, the products and services State Farm offers, and always provides great advice on how to strike the right balance between cost/benefit and risk-mitigation given my long-range goals and personal situation. I honestly believe he would give the same guidance to one of his own family members. Kevin's honesty, integrity, and caring nature come through in every conversation. I give Kevin my very highest recommendation.

Not impressed. I spoke to Sarah to find out why there was an extra $22 being billed at the end of my six month premium. She said she would check and call me back. That was two weeks ago!

This is the third agent I've been bounced to since Tom Bartley retired. The first two no longer work for State Farm. This has all been within the last six months.

Not okay, State Farm!!!

Kevin has been with State Farm for many years and has great industry and product knowledge. He really takes time to get to know his clients and what their needs are and doesn't offer things you don't need. If you are looking for an agent in the south Fremont area that knows what he is doing and cares, Kevin is your guy.

Kevin Nuss is a great insurance agent. Any time I have a question I can reach them right away. I've been with him for about 5 years.
Every time I filled a claim they handled it in a quick manner. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Since then he contacts us every year or so to go over our policy and make sure it still works for our life.

When I want to make a change or have a question I send an email to Karen in his office, and she gets back to me quickly.

We've also had to contact him after hours, and I was able to reach him easily, and he followed up with me to make sure things were okay. He's great, and I totally recommend him.

I have been lucky to have Kevin add my insurance agent for over 11 years and he is professional helpful not only with your needs financially but also personal. I would recommend him and his staff hands down against other agents and companies. Kevin is an honest straight shooter
