Safety Training Seminars

I took BLS, ACLS, and PALS. The online learning modules were very long but helpful for learning the necessary info. The skills sessions were very straightforward, and they provide plenty of preparation (if advice is heeded) to successfully pass the exams. I worked with Danielle a lot; she was excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend this company, but my only gripe against them is that they have extremely limited in-class sessions (SF-only), and asynchronous learning just doesn't work well with attentive-type ADHD

If anyone who likes to get their demo done without having to deal w anyone this is the way to do it. Before coming in I didn't know what to expect but glad I did this vs having an instructor (no offense all the STS instructors I've had in the past we're great). Not having someone to ask questions was a bit daunting however instructions all around the room and software were simple and straight to point. Overall a great experience

this is my second time renewing my bls certification with safety training seminars but first time doing the theory-online/skills-alone format and i must say: i am a fan! while i did like having an in-person instructor last time for engagement purposes, i felt i got more personalized feedback since the VAM actually measures your output and specifically tells you what to improve on.

after you sign up for a slot on the website, sts will send you an email with a link to the online rqi portal. the theory portion is easy to understand and i like that you can start and stop as you please. the theory portion must be completed before you move on to the skills portion so make sure you do that!

the fremont office is easy to find with ample parking in a free lot. info re: entry is sent in an email and once you're in, there's tons of signage with instructions on what to do. you'll sign into your rqi account and follow the prompts there. watch the demos before you start each skill and listen to the feedback and you'll do fine! if needed, you are able to repeat a skill until you pass. i finished in about 25 minutes and got my ecard through email right after.

I just renewed my BLS Cert. Once I paid for the class, I received instructions to register to start the didactic portion of the class within the day. Loved the flow of the online training. You can pause and start where you left off. Easy to understand. I was done in an hour. Then, the skills test was in a very clean/safe office. Plenty of free parking in the large lot. I was in the room by myself. There were signs everywhere giving you instructions. The instructions on the computer was easy to follow. I was in and out less than 30 mins. Got my card in my email pretty quickly. The best experience ever! Totally recommend this place for your certification.

I recommend going to this place if you need to be basic life support certified. It was a very simple process and I was able to access the online course and work on it at my own pace. The course was very informative and straightforward so there was no confusion about what I was learning. The in person skills test is done alone in a room with a dummy and the computer guiding you along l. The room was spacious and very clean. If you need to get certified i'd recommend going here.
